Abstract

Employee engagement is a key variable where a state of emotional and intellectual involvement between the employees and the organization which brings them closer. The various studies have been conducted on the different demographic factors that influence employee engagement in different industries. This study focuses on the impact of demographic variables on employee engagement among employees working in pharmaceutical sector in Gujarat. The study includes 400 Medical Representative from pharmaceutical companies in Gujarat State.
