| Abstract | ||
Employees are the building blocks of an organization. Every employee will contribute to organizational growth if he/she is motivated. Motivation is the word derived from the word “motive” which means needs & desire with in the individuals which can be desire for money success, job. Satisfaction, team work etc. Motivation is the very strong factor among the employees to perform in the best of their abilities. Human nature is goal-oriented. It is the possible trough motivation that the goal of human life can be handle and tackled. So, we can say that the role of a subordinate does not only depend upon his qualification and abilities. For getting best from his work the gap of ability and willingness has to be filled by motivation. Therefore, we can say that motivation is a psychological factor through their needs and wants of individual have to be tackled by framing an incentive plan. |
