| Abstract | ||
Poetry has always been a melodious way to connect to God and attain inner peace. And poet's like Shri Aurobindo Ghosh, Rabindranath Tagore, Jayant Mohapatra, Nissim Ezekiel have achieved exellence in practicing so. This article purports the element of mysticism in Indian English poetry citing the poems of Aurobindo, Rabindrade Tagore and Nissim Ezekiel. These poet's have quest for realizing the divine truth. They attained the state where they could connect to the almighty through thought and meditation and this realization can be clearly noticed in their poems. |
