Today the employees are the assets of the organization. Selection and retention of right candidate as an employee is important as well as challenging task for the organization. Finding a suitable and required talent from the available sources is an expensive and also a time consuming. Each and every employer is trying to select the suitable and skilled candidate with its minimum efforts and also with cost effective recruitment sources. With the increased access to the internet across the world has led millions of employees to interactive with each other and also with former employees and for searching jobs by using various social networking sites.
