| Abstract | ||
The present paper focuses on the construction and architecture of the Sun Temple of Modhera. This temple is one of the ancient temples of Gujarat that was built during the Solanki time. It has grand temple structure with Gudhamandapa, the shrine hall; Sabhamandapa, the assembly hall and Kunda, the reservoir. No worship is offering in the present time but it has become one of the tourist places of Gujarat and India. |
