| Abstract | ||
The objective of this work is to give a useful insight on staff training and development programmes and their advantages. The compositional facet of an employee training and development programme will be examined in this paper, and the study will then provide the good effects for individuals and organizations. Organizations in the current global economy, it is challenging to remain competitive. The significance of an employee development programme cannot be overstated. Grow for businesses looking to gain an advantage over their competitors. Employees are valued, employees are the organization's most valuable resource, and what they do for the company has a direct implication on whether a company grow or fails. Due to this reason companies are willing to spend a huge sum to train them and also for their development. Moreover , it is highly advantageous for companies to provide more attention on worker’s learning, skills , and value addition in training programmes. Many theories have been developed in this regard , debating the effect of the these programmes in the environment of both the employee and the company. |
