Comparative Study of Body Composition Analysis on Handball and Football Gujarat State Players

For this study Handball and Football players was selected from state level tournament. The age group was 13-17 years. The study was delimited to only girls. In this study Handball players were 48 and Football players were 48 .For this study Body composition Analysis was taken into consideration like, Body mass index, Basal Metabolic Rate, Fat%, Keeping in view the basic limitations, of the research work, conclusion shows that In Body composition, B.M.I, B.M.R, Fat % football players score were better than Handball players.
