Abstract

Nowadays in dynamic world, raising funds from traditional sources becomes difficult for the entrepreneurs and
investors and therefore crowd funding is the best alternative available for small and new entrepreneurs. This research paper
focuses on the conceptual side of Crowdfudning concept from the view point of entrepreneurs and investors in India based on
the secondary data. With the increasing usage of internet and online transactions, crowd funding can be the best alternative to
raise funds for new business starters. Crowdfunding is the practice of funding a project or venture by raising monetary
contributions from a large number of people, typically via the internet.
