| Abstract | ||
Chrysilla volupe is reported for first time from Gujarat, India based on four male specimens collected from Banana and Papaya Agro ecosystem of NAU and Rural area of the Navsari district, Gujarat, India. This new record extends the distribution of the species for about 1500km from the scrub regions of Thirumullaivoyal and Madras Christian College, Chenniai, Tamil Nadu (Jhon Caleb & Thomas Mathai, 2014) to the known locality of Banana and Papaya Agroecosystem of NAU, district Navsari, Gujarat, India. |
