Abstract

All round development of the child is done through education. Education provides such an environment to the human being where there is continuous all-round development of the individual. The teacher has an important role in the responsibility of the all-round development of the student. As a result, it is the responsibility of the educational institutions to provide systematic and organized training to the teachers so that they also contribute significantly in the all-round development of their students. Educational achievement makes a significant contribution to the all-round development of man.
After independence, many commissions and committees were formed at the central level to improve and stratify Indian education. Several commissions and committees reviewed the problems of education and formulated national policies. Educational facilities started spreading at all levels and the work of centering education on psychological basis started. Because the personality of the child is comprised of the natural and physical environment, so presently psychologists have considered a healthy and educational family, social environment necessary to satisfy and develop the infinitely curious and energetic mind of the child.
